Mr. Younts has worked in several areas through out his 30 plus year career to date. He has guided companies through their re-engineering processes, has helped identify and resolve company issues as marketing, absenteeism, scrappage, quality issues, time management and efficiency just to name a few. He has a vast knowledge of military aircraft systems and weaponry and has provided 1000's of hours in training, maintaining and resolving complex aircraft system and weapon system issues. 

Mr. Younts is currently working on publishing a book entitled Complexities of American Business in the new Era of Leadership, in this he lays out his new innovative methods of what he calls L.I.M.E's Methods which stands for Leadership, Integrity, Morals and Ethics. He is a published author with a book entitled "Stepping out of a Technical Job and Leaping into Management "where he explains the seven key principals needed to transition in to a management role. His L.I.M.E's Method are the basic core values needed to have an effective, honorable, ethical and a well-respected Business in America today. 

These new thoughts and methods can be used to enhance the Six Sigma craze as well. He has developed an extensive program that can be taught at all levels from newly appointed supervisors and managers to the higher branches of executive management.

He also brings a clear and concise approach methodology to all areas of the firm.
